Just a Minute! on The Council's Recent Congressional Testimony

As we reported in the December 3 Benefits Byte, the Council recently had the privilege of testifying before the U.S. House of Representatives Education and Workforce Subcommittee on Health, Employment, Labor and Pensions.

Lynn Dudley, the Council’s senior vice president, global retirement and compensation policy, seized the opportunity to educate lawmakers on the profound threat that frivolous and baseless litigation poses to the employer-sponsored retirement plan system.
