As we reported in the August 11 Benefits Byte, the U.S. Treasury Department and Internal Revenue Service (IRS) recently issued proposed regulations providing a framework for employer Trump account contribution programs. And the August 12 Benefits Byte detailed the various related changes to dependent care assistance programs, including dependent care FSAs.
