On July 16, the American Benefits Council and Mercer released Leading the Way, Volume 2, Employer Innovations in Health Care Affordability and Value, the sequel to a similar 2018 project spotlighting more than a dozen U.S. employers who are making strides in the areas of health care affordability, quality, access and holistic well-being.

In this edition of Just a Minute!, Council President Katy Johnson explains how the Council is using these powerful stories of health care coverage innovation to advocate for bipartisan policies that lower health care costs and encourage employer plan sponsorship.
