As we reported in an April 20 Benefits Byte, Dan Aronowitz – the Assistant Secretary of Labor for the Employee Benefits Security Administration – recently testified before a House of Representatives subcommittee to discuss his agency’s regulatory agenda and a revised enforcement strategy.

In this edition of Just a Minute!, Council President Katy Johnson applauds the agency’s new enforcement approach and describes some of the important regulatory topics on which EBSA is currently engaged.
