Just a Minute! Recognizing Ilyse Schuman

As we reported in the May 7 Benefits Byte, Ilyse Schuman, the Council’s senior vice president, health and paid leave policy, was named to Washingtonian magazine’s 2025 list of the 500 most influential people shaping public policy. Her inclusion on this list recognizes Ilyse’s key role in shaping health care policy on Capitol Hill.
