Just a Minute! on the Ongoing Spate of Retirement Plan Litigation

The American Benefits Council is keenly aware of the threat posed by the recent waves of baseless ERISA litigation against employee benefit plan sponsors, especially in the retirement space. Unfortunately, the problem is only likely to get worse with the U.S. Supreme Court’s decision in the landmark Cunningham versus Cornell case from earlier this year.
