Just a Minute! on the Administration's Regulatory Agenda

Twice a year, the executive branch releases its “semi-annual regulatory agenda,” setting forth the projects they expect to work on in the near future. The latest version of the agenda previews a large number of employee benefits projects underway at the U.S. Department of Labor, the Treasury Department and the Department of Health and Human Services.

In the newest episode of Just a Minute!, Council President Katy Johnson highlights several of these regulatory projects and welcomes member input as we engage with agency officials.
