Just a Minute! on Next Steps for Telehealth Policy

The “One Big Beautiful Bill Act,” signed into law by President Trump earlier this month included an important victory for the American Benefits Council and employer health plan sponsors: a permanent and retroactive extension of the flexibility for employers with HSA-eligible plans to cover telehealth services pre-deductible.

In the latest episode of Just a Minute!, Council President Katy Johnson describes some important considerations for employers moving forward, especially those who want to implement (or re-implement) the telehealth provision now.
