Council, Chamber Urge 4th Circuit to Review ERISA Class Certification Ruling

The Council and the U.S. Chamber of Commerce filed an amicus brief urging the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 4th Circuit to review and reverse a district court’s certification of a large ERISA class action involving a multiple-employer retirement plan.
