Health Care Reform: Employers Enter Compliance Phase
Health care plan sponsors have begun the process of complying with the many new rules and regulations enacted as part of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA).
The Council is working to make the transition as smooth as possible for American companies and their employees. A number of resources are now available:
- The Council's Health Care Issues Page provides links to the various subject pages, in which you'll find legislative and regulatory language as well as analysis by Council staff and associates.
- A comprehensive PPACA implementation chart (for Council members only) summarizes regulatory guidance and Council activity related to implementation on nearly two dozen topics.
- The Council's Webinar Archive (for Council members only) includes materials from our P4P: Preparing for PPACA webinar series.
